Important Community Announcements
Deer Hunting is NOT allowed in the park or on the islands of Hidden Point. If you plan to hunt in your back yard, please get permission from your neighbors in case the deer ends up on their property. NO GUNS!
Starting January 2016 – all HOA dues will be billed and paid once a year. A late fee of $50 monthly will be charged if dues are not paid by 2/1.
Trash pick up is on Monday.

Your taxes call for Trash pickup weekly at the curb. – You are limited to 2 trash cans -all loose trash, overflows, boxes, grass clippings, etc. must be bagged up and put on the street
We are very fortunate to have many beautiful trees in our neighborhood and park. This creates the challenge of what to do when limbs come down. The city does periodic limb pickup and we recommend finding one spot on an island near your home to use as a collection point. This should be away from power lines allowing easy pickup.
The Hidden Point Board would like to remind all homeowners to be courteous and utilize your driveway and the designated parking spots/areas in the neighborhood to park when possible. By keeping the cars off the main roads, this provides improved safety and access to cars and people on the streets as well as should the need for emergency vehicles arise. Should you find it necessary to park on the street, please make sure this is done in compliance with all city laws and regulations. Thank you in advance for your cooperation on this matter.
Please clean up after your pets when walking the neighborhood.
